Here is Riley going, "WOW!" when Bob dumped all the pieces out :-)
(Deep thoughts that consist of the weather, what my daughter is up to and the many adventures in my life, ha-ha)

Playing with Marbles :-)
Here are the last pictures from that day we went to Lakeshore Learning :-) Riley came right home and wanted to play with her marble set! Of course, daddy was a HUGE help in setting it up cause he is great at this kind of stuff. There were a ton of different options for creating various marble towers and he looked at one and then set it up in no time!
FYI-The reason Riley's hair is wet and she's got the warm clothes on is because she had just come from swim lessons and usually around 5, it's starting to cool off outside and Riley gets a bit chilly out of the water. So I bring warmer clothes for her to wear :-)
I was trying to show her how to work the pole to catch the fish. These things are SO much fun in our outdoor little pool! I'll have to post those pictures soon :-)

Grandma wanted us to all hold our poles up and she was going to snap a picture. But Riley was just too wiggly for that!
Marble time again! This tower that you see is no longer set up in our house. Now rather, we have the BIGGEST one that you can attempt. Bob worked on it the other day and Riley just LOVES it!

She has played with this thing EVERY SINGLE DAY since we brought it home. I definitely think it's her favorite toy right now!

Lakeshore Learning
Grandma came to visit last week and she got some ADORABLE shots of Riley so wanted to share :-) First we drove to the Hilton hotel for some yummy breakfast with Grandma. When we pulled up, Grandma had a long tube of bubbles to greet Riley!
We always sit by the windows because Riley loves looking outside and seeing everything. The breakfast there is super yummy too!
Afterwards, I made a trip to the restroom and Riley and Grandma played out front for a few minutes with the bubbles!

Next we took a trip to the Lakeshore Learning Store. It is the most amazing store ever as far as learning games and fun games for children. It's actually a chain and they have them all over the US! I didn't even realize that until that day when the lady was talking to us. There is a play area for the children to play in while you shop, but really, there are toys all over to demo so Riley was never in this play area for too long.

They have an entire section of toys that allow children to use their fine motor skills. Here Riley was trying to unlock all the locks on this contraption. It frustrated her to no end when she couldn't figure out one of the locks!
Grandma bought Riley this huge bag of puppets because they spent a TON of time in this puppet area playing with all the puppets. Riley LOVED this little puppet stage and had fun playing in/with it.

Getting Ready for Baby #2!
Bob and I recently went out together and registered at Babies R Us for our little Jackster-man and it was so fun! We really couldn't believe all the new stuff that was out there. Crazy how things change in...3 years? New bottles, new formulas, new diaper bags, new humidifiers, etc! Fortunately we kept a TON of Riley's stuff so it was really just small things we scanned. Actually I should say things that BOB scanned. He absolutely LOVES the scanner and did when we registered for Riley too. I kept laughing at how "scanner happy" he was for Riley and then he seriously did it again this time! It was hillarious :-) If I said, "Honey will you scan one of those," he would then scan like 3 of them!
Anyways, we went though the diaper bag section and they had this entire section of diaper bags for DADS! The brand was called, "Diaper Dude." So funny! So Bob picked one up and put it on for a sec and I snapped a quick pic :-) We didn't actually register for it but was still fun to see on Bob. Here is a pic of Bob with a camo diaper dude bag. Notice the scanner in his right hand, ready to go!
And here is a picture of me about....2 weeks ago maybe...so 31 or 32 weeks. We were watching a movie in bed and I had just taken a shower so look bummy. You can see my baby bump is definitely getting out there! Elmo goes EVERYWHERE I go these days and won't leave my side...even lying outside the shower curtain now when I take my shower. He usually wants to sit right ON my belly but I shoved him off so he is curled up right against my leg...silly dog. Think he can tell I'm pregnant? Who knows.

New Crocs! :-)
I thought I had posted these but don't think I did so here are a few shots of Riley's new Crocs! They were FREE because Mimi sent her some that were a tad bit too small so we took them to the mall and exchanged them for another pair. Of course, we had to get the little "widgets" or "gadgets" or "gizmos" that snap into the holes of the Crocs. Riley totally wanted Minnie and is officially in LOVE with her shoes now that Minnie adorns each foot :-)
When you live in Florida, you really just HAVE to have a pair of Crocs for your kid. Between the HEAT (definitely NO socks in the summer), the pool trips and the "gotta get out the door quick" trips, they really are just the greatest little invention for children. Last year Riley practically LIVED in her Crocs. She wore them to the pool, to the park, and pretty much everywhere in between. And now she's got her new pair for this summer...yay! Thank you Mimi! Here are some pics of her new Crocs and her modeling her new shoes for you :-)
